The prices are considered per apartment and overnight stay
(regardless of the person's age).
The price includes:
Check-in, spa tax (1,- € per person/day), air conditioning and heating costs, parking spot, pre and final cleaning, current and water, bedding, towels, dishtowels, use of all living utensils
(dishes, kitchenware etc.)
The minimum booking-duration is 3 nights.
A 30% prepayment is necessary.
Guest bed (Add. Bed) up to 12 years.

children, 2 years or older → 100%
Highchair and baby cot (up to 2 years) are provided on demand.
Use of the washing mashine: 5 €
(per washcycle, incl. washing powder)
